Lindsay will lead a team of CEJA Career Specialists and oversee support services across a 19-county area to help participants successfully complete clean energy training programs and secure employment.

As a CEJA Training & Outreach Manager, Marcella will serve as the lead for the Clean Jobs Workforce Network Hub Grant program and will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and successful execution of program activities that support equitable workforce development and clean energy initiatives across southern Illinois.

Each month throughout the year, Man-Tra-Con will award employees who go the extra mile in serving Man-Tra-Con, our customers, and the community.

Nolen is responsible for all aspects of technology infrastructure, support, and operations for Man-Tra-Con and partner organizations.

Katie brings extensive experience in project management, grant writing, interagency coordination, and program implementation. She will oversee and direct initiatives involving our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.

As a Career Specialist, Charelle serves adult and dislocated worker customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.

As a Training & Reintegration Career Specialist, Robert serves customers who have been justice-impacted and are in the process of returning to the workforce. Robert will also serve customers who are enrolled in Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded programs.
