Man-Tra-Con's Special Projects team was established to ensure that a broad range of tasks, falling outside of the typical daily operations, could be completed quickly without disrupting customer service. By taking on these tasks, the Special Projects team allows program staff to focus on delivering the highest level of customer service possible. 

The primary focus of our team is to support the programs administered by Man-Tra-Con. The team often works in partnership with numerous agencies at local, state and federal levels to develop and implement initiatives that enhance service to our community.

Connect SI — Our most recent regional initiative and collaborative partnership seeks to bring economic prosperity to southern Illinois through broadband connectivity. The following projects are included under the Connect SI plan:
