Man-Tra-Con's Special Projects team was established to ensure that a broad range of tasks, falling outside of the typical daily operations, could be completed quickly without disrupting customer service. By taking on these tasks, the Special Projects team allows program staff to focus on delivering the highest level of customer service possible. The primary focus of our team is to support the programs administered by Man-Tra-Con. The team often works in partnership with numerous agencies at local, state and federal levels to develop and implement initiatives that enhance service to our community. Our Special Projects team is responsible for developing, overseeing and/or implementing the following:
