Man-Tra-Con Corporation is working with a local employer to fill the
following position:

Job Title: Vulcanizer
Location: Mt. Vernon, Illinois
Salary: $13.00 per hour

Job Description
Vulcanizing conveyor belts in coal mines, power plants, & rock Quarries. Seeking candidates with mechanical aptitudes and carpentry skills.
Will require lifting of 75lbs & up, packing, working underground, working in environments with cold/hot temperatures. Average hours worked per week 60.

Candidates must be willing to work a varied schedule — 24/7 availability requirement. MSHA 5000-23 forms for surface & underground is required. If candidate is signed up for upcoming class or is willing to take the class and meets all other requirements for position an application can be submitted to the employer. CDL not required, but is a plus. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
