Job Description
Sales Representatives provide Hyatt guests, hotels, and fellow team members with exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process. Sales Representatives must have good phone etiquette, a working knowledge of computers and Windows programs, with the ability to type 20 wpm and make accurate reservations using multiple systems.
