Man-Tra-Con Corporation is working with a local employer to fill the
following position:

Job Title: 3rd Shift Rack Line
Location: DuQuoin
Salary: $9.00 per hour

Job Description
Racker's will rack any material needed, schackle loads, choose the right racks. Push dollies of material from staging to racking. Benefits include medical, vision, 401K.

To qualify for this position, candidate must:

• Know how to use all the racks, use a ratchet to tighten bolts,
  use bolt cutters.
• Need to know how to run an overhead crane and have
  basic math skills.
• Be able to work at a good steady pace, willing to clean up work area on a daily basis, and able to work 8-10 hours/day, 5-6 days/week.
• Lift frequently and stand 8-10 hours per day.
• Take material down after its run through the line and make sure material meets standards.
• Make sure material is right color, count and make sure the
  material is in range, check seal.
  

Other tasks may include:

• Operate machinery used in the production process,
  or assist machine operators.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions
  can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items,
  manually or using hoists.
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
• Mark or tag identification on parts.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Clean and lubricate equipment.
• Record information such as the number of products tested, meter readings, and dates and times of product production.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to pass background check
and drug screening tests.
